Ellie Jane Goulding, born December 30, 1986 at Hereford England. Her mother Tracey Goulding-Summers was employed at a supermarket and the father Arthur Goulding was a member of an undertaker's family. Goulding was the second member of the family has an older sister called Isabel along with a younger sister named Jordan. Alex is her older brother who plays bass for the Hereford group. She was signed to Polydor Records even though Under the Sheets was released by the label that was independent Neon Gold Records.
